Results are everything. The Archive Gallery documents real preservation work carried out on heritage pieces — from 43-year-old Mulberry to iconic Dior and Louis Vuitton. Each case study follows the same professional protocol: diagnose, purify, nourish, protect. The results speak for themselves.

The Piece: Mulberry Primrose Suede, Ebony Leather & Silver Hardware
The Ritual: The Preventive Protocol Kit (Kit 1)
The Observation: The Primrose’s structured, elegant silhouette and silver hardware require a balance of gentle purification and long-term protection. The ebony leather had begun to show signs of surface dulling, while the delicate suede accents required a precise, non-invasive cleanse to lift surface impurities without matting the nap.
The Preservation: We utilised our 3-stage Preventive Protocol, beginning with a careful blotting process to lift impurities from the suede fibres. Following the cleanse, we performed a light brush to restore the nap to its original, velvety texture. We then applied a targeted treatment to the ebony leather to restore its natural lustre, finishing with a high-performance barrier to protect both materials against future environmental wear.
The Result: The Primrose’s structured lines are once again sharp and defined. The ebony leather has regained its deep, healthy lustre, and the suede nap is perfectly revived and uniform. The bag is now fully fortified, ensuring its elegant aesthetic remains resilient and pristine.
The Piece: Dior Saddle, Signature Leather Trim
The Ritual: The Preventive Protocol Kit (Kit 1)
The Observation: The Dior Saddle’s complex, architectural silhouette and premium leather make it a target for trapped dust and grime, particularly within the intricate stitching and hardware crevices, which can dull the bag’s structural impact.
The Preservation: We began with a precise, controlled application of our Gentle Leather Cleaner to lift trapped dust and oils from the stitching and hardware crevices — areas where buildup causes the most visible dulling. Working methodically across the surface, we followed with a targeted conditioning treatment to restore the leather's depth, finishing with a high-performance barrier using the Preventative Protocol Kit.
The Result: The Saddle's architectural silhouette is crisp and defined once more. The leather surface is clean, conditioned, and fortified — an invisible shield in place against daily pollutants. Archive-ready.
The Piece: Louis Vuitton Speedy 30, Monogram Canvas & Vachetta Leather
The Ritual: The Preventive Protocol Kit
The Observation: While the Monogram canvas is remarkably durable, the Vachetta leather handles are highly susceptible to oils, moisture, and environmental pollutants, which can cause uneven darkening and premature aging.
The Preservation: Vachetta demands a careful hand. We applied the Preventative Protocol Kit with precision — neutralising surface impurities without disturbing the leather's natural patina development. A targeted conditioning treatment was applied to the handles to rebalance tone and moisture, followed by a protective barrier to guard against future discolouration.
The Result: The Vachetta handles are balanced and revitalised — natural in tone, supple to the touch, and properly fortified. The Monogram canvas is restored to its original vibrant lustre. The Speedy is now Archive-ready for the next decade of wear.

The Piece: Mulberry Kelly, Congo Leather
The Ritual: The Deep Cleanse & Protect Kit (Kit 2)
The Observation: Congo leather is celebrated for its deep, embossed texture, but its crevices are magnets for surface dust and environmental buildup, which can leave the finish looking dull and tired.
The Preservation: We utilised our 3-stage Deep Cleanse & Protect ritual to gently lift impurities from the leather's grain and neutralise surface residue.
The Result: The leather's signature lustre is fully restored, and the hardware has been polished to its original brilliance. The bag is now fortified with an invisible, protective shield, ensuring it remains as resilient as it is beautiful.
The Piece: 1980s Basket-Weave Clutch, Tan
The Ritual: The Deep Cleanse & Protect Kit (Kit 2)
The Observation: Vintage basket-weave leather is prone to dehydration and surface scuffs, which are amplified by a lack of moisture in the leather's fibres.
The Preservation: We applied our 3-stage Deep Cleanse & Protect ritual to lift embedded impurities and replenish the leather's natural oils.
The Result: The leather's rich, amber-tan tone has been revitalised, and the surface scuffs have been effectively blended into the grain. The weave is now supple, protected, and restored to its original lustre.
The Piece: Mid-2000s Leather Satchel
The Ritual: The Deep Cleanse & Protect Kit (Kit 2)
The Observation: Mid-2000s Mulberry leathers often feature a heavy, deep-grained texture that can become dry and muted over time, losing its natural oils and rich pigment.
The Preservation: We utilised our 3-stage Deep Cleanse & Protect ritual to gently lift surface impurities from the deep grain and apply a protective shield to lock in the leather's natural character.
The Result: The bag has regained its characteristic depth and suppleness. The grain is clearly defined, the hardware is restored to a clean beauty, and the leather is now fortified against daily wear.
The Piece: Mini Alexa, Soft Leather
The Ritual: The Luxury Restore & Replenish Kit (Kit 3)
The Observation: Modern, soft-leather icons like the Mini Alexa are designed for daily use, but the constant slouching and handling can cause the leather to lose its natural oils, leading to a muted finish and loss of suppleness.
The Preservation: We utilised our 3-stage Restore & Replenish ritual to deeply hydrate the leather fibres and gently polish the signature hardware.
The Result: The leather's characteristic slouch is preserved, but with a renewed, healthy glow. The surface is now protected, the grain is hydrated, and the iconic postman's lock is restored to a brilliant lustre.
The Piece: Mulberry Bayswater, Olive Croc-Embossed Leather
The Ritual Kit: The Luxury Restore & Replenish Kit (Kit 3)
The Observation: Croc-embossed leather is defined by its dramatic texture. Over time, surface dust and environmental debris accumulate in the deep grain, while the leather fibres can lose their natural oils, resulting in a flat, muted finish.
The Preservation: We applied our 3-stage Restore & Replenish ritual kit to deeply purify the grain and replenish the leather’s internal moisture. We finished with a luxury conditioner to restore the leather’s signature suppleness and a protective seal to defend against future wear.
The Result: The olive tones are now rich and multidimensional, with a healthy, natural lustre that highlights the intricate embossed detail. The leather is supple to the touch, and the bag is fully fortified for the next decade of wear.

The Result: The same Acqua Bayswater. Its character preserved. The photographs were taken in the same lighting, showing the visible finish before and after the ritual. Not about making a beloved bag look new, but bringing out the beauty of the leather you already love.
