Shipping Policy

At Archive Essentials, we know you’re eager to begin your care ritual. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed before 1 pm on a dispatch day may be sent that day, subject to Royal Mail accepting the parcel. Orders placed after 1 pm are processed on the next dispatch day. Orders placed Sundays or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.65 — Delivered within 3–5 business days.

Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.65 — Delivered within 1–2 business days.

International Delivery We now ship to France, Germany, Spain, and the United States. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, with nothing to pay on delivery.

  • European Union (France, Germany, Spain): £15 Standard — 5–10 working days
  • United States: £22 Standard — 7–14 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier volumes.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your ritual’s journey right to your door.

4. Packaging
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use sustainable, protective materials to safeguard your products during transit.

5. Shipping Issues
We want your experience to be seamless. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact ushello@archiveessentials.co.uk. 

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the parcel and the contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue for you.

6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Archive Essentials cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
